The two Sandra apartments, a two-room apartment and a studio apartment, are adjacent to each other and surrounded by greenery, a few minutes' drive from both the historic center of Portoferraio and a series of beautiful beaches.

The opportunity of the parking space allows you to move at any time to reach commercial activities, restaurants, pharmacies and so on in a few minutes; the historic imperial residence of San Martino itself is located a few minutes away by car.

The Fisherman's Refuge apartment in Marciana Marina
Marciana Marina is a tourist village on the northern side of the island of Elba, which extends along its arched seafront from the ancient Cotone district - to be visited at sunset - up to the Medici Tower guarding the port.
A town known for its famous restaurants, it has three small beaches, sand, gravel and pebbles.
The Fisherman's Refuge apartment is a studio apartment for 2 + 1 people, with sea view from the windows, on two levels and located in the pedestrian area in the delightful center of Marciana Marina, 50 meters from the beach. It has a double bed in the attic and a sofa bed in the living room.
Renovated in March 2022, the apartment is furnished with taste and colour, with a real bathroom with window and shower cubicle, soundproof windows, air conditioning, HD Ready TV, induction hob, combined oven, fridge/freezer, sea view from the windows. Free parking located nearby.

Sandra Apartments in Portoferraio
- BY CAR: The Sandra apartments are located in Portoferraio, 3 kilometers from the port. Once you disembark from the ferry, follow the signs for "Procchio" and after approx. 3 kilometers, turn left at the crossroads for Val Carene and continue until n. 30.
Fisherman's Refuge Apartment
- BY CAR: Marciana Marina is about 20 km from Portoferraio. Once you disembark from the ferry in Portoferraio, follow the signs for "Procchio" and then "Marciana Marina".
Once you reach the small village, turn right at the petrol station towards the sea and park in the square. The apartment is located in Via Cavour 9, the alley between the tobacconist and the Roma bar.
The apartments at the Residence Villaggio delle Alpi are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need... like at home. Furnished with taste but also with practicality. Also convenient structure for excursions and visits to nearby towns.
The Residence Lo Scoglietto is a corner of paradise immersed in the greenery of the pine forest that runs along the sea with nice and functional apartments.
The swimming pool available to guests and the green area used as games for children are excellent
